ADHD
Focus Organization And Follow-Through
What Is ADHD?
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, affects attention, focus, organization and impulse control. It can show up as trouble starting or finishing tasks, losing track of time, restlessness, or acting before thinking.
ADHD is not a lack of effort. It is a difference in how the brain manages attention, and it often appears alongside anxiety, depression or learning differences.
Who Do We Help?
Children and teenagers whose attention or behavior is getting in the way at school or at home.
Adults who have always struggled to stay organized, or who are wondering for the first time whether ADHD explains what they have lived with.
How Can We Help?
A clear diagnosis comes first. Our Psychological Testing looks at attention, memory and executive function, and rules out what can look like ADHD.
From there, Medication Management and Psychotherapy work together, and for families our Parent Coaching and Child and Adolescent care give practical support at home.
