EATING DISORDERS
A Healthier Relationship With Food
What Are Eating Disorders?
Eating Disorders are serious, treatable conditions that affect how a person thinks and feels about Food, Eating, Weight, and Body Image.
They include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), and they often occur alongside Anxiety, Depression, OCD, or ADHD.
Because Eating Disorders affect both the mind and the body, recovery works best with care that addresses both.
Who Does It Help?
We care for Children, Adolescents, and Adults whose eating, weight, or body image concerns are affecting their Health, Mood, or Daily Life.
Many people reach out when worries about food or weight become constant, when eating feels out of control, or when Family Members notice changes in eating habits, weight, or mood.
How Can It Help Me?
Care begins with a thorough Evaluation of eating patterns, physical health, and any related conditions such as Anxiety or Depression.
We then build a personalized Treatment Plan that may combine Psychotherapy, Medication Management, and Nutrition guidance, working with your other providers and with Family Members where that helps.
Our Experts with a focus on Eating Disorders include Ellen Campbell, Leslie Brice, and Molly Clayton.
